I visited Salish Ponds Wetlands Park in Fairview Oregon, nice spot to stretch your legs and enjoy wildlife and views... however there's no designated parking lot for public. You have to park at your own risk of being towed or ticketed along side the road where there's a stretch of gravel or park in the nearby apartment complexes.
